How to Re-Enable Meals on Your Log Screen

- Open the Lose It! app.
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the Personalize Lose It! section.
- Tap Meal Settings.
- Toggle on each meal category you want to display on your Log screen (such as Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks).
Android
- Open the Lose It! app.
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the Personalize Lose It! section.

- Toggle on each meal category you want to display on your Log screen.
Tip: If your meals do not immediately reappear on your log after updating your settings, try force-closing and reopening the Lose It! app to refresh the screen.

Once your meals are visible again, you can customize their display names or adjust specific calorie goals for each meal slot.

- To rename meals: Tap Meal Settings > Change Meal Names. Enter your preferred meal names and tap Save.
- To adjust calorie targets: Tap Meal Settings > Change Meal Targets and enter your desired calorie breakdown.
