About GLP-1 Features in Lose It!

Lose It! has launched a comprehensive GLP-1 logging feature for Premium users to track weight-loss medications and visualize estimated medication levels alongside nutrition data.

This tool helps users manage side effects, track specific nutrient targets like protein and fiber, and understand their unique dosing cycles.

Currently, GLP-1 tracking is only available on iOS. We're hoping to roll out this feature on Android in the near future!

Understanding the GLP-1 Levels Chart

The GLP-1 Levels graph estimates how medication amounts may change over time based on your logged doses and peer-reviewed clinical research.

This chart is an educational estimate, not a direct measurement of blood levels. Always follow the specific dosing plan provided by your healthcare provider.

The Line (Peaks & Valleys)

  • The solid line shows the median modeled level.
  • Peaks represent "Strong" periods shortly after a dose.
  • Valleys are "Low" periods as the medication clears.

The Shaded Band

  • This represents the common range where most users' estimated levels fall, accounting for variations in metabolism.

Status Indicators

  • As you scrub the graph, the app identifies phases such as Starting, Strong, Declining, or Low to help you correlate physical feelings with medication concentration.
