New Features and Key Improvements
The redesigned Log Header offers a streamlined, customizable design that lets you easily view your calorie budget, macros, and nutrient goals.
Updates include:
- At-a-glance calorie summary: Food (left), Calories (center), and Exercise (right) are now easier to read.
- Up to 3 nutrient goals visible at once: You no longer need to swipe to see different goals.
- Custom nutrient selection: You can choose and reorder your preferred nutrients.
- Enhanced readability: Features larger text, a cleaner layout, and simpler visuals.

In-depth details:
- Tap Calories to see your full daily or weekly breakdown.
- Tap Nutrients to view your daily goal and contributing foods.
All members (free and Premium) can:
- View macros (carbs, protein, fat) as percentages of total calories
- Access a daily calorie summary
Premium Members have access to enhanced customization, including:
- Macro display in grams or percentages
- Up to 3 custom nutrients to track beneath your calorie budget
- Detailed progress views for each nutrient goal
Customizing Your Log Header
You can choose which nutrients appear under your calorie circle using the gear icon in the top right corner of your Log.
You can only show up to 3 nutrients at a time. If you select more, you will be prompted to reduce your list.
To make edits:
iOS
- Tap Edit
- Use the – icon to remove, or drag to reorder
Android
- Tap the ⋮ menu to remove, or drag to reorder
Viewing Net Calories
Net Calories are not specifically highlighted on the Log view, but you can view them at any time by tapping on the calorie ring.
Here, you'll find a detailed breakdown of your calorie intake by day and by week.
Exercise Display in the Log Header
Exercise calories appear on the right side of your Log Header.
If you have a Calorie Bonus enabled, excluded workouts will appear crossed out until your bonus is earned. Once you reach the bonus threshold, bonus calories will appear automatically.
Viewing Meal Targets
If you have enabled Meal Targets (iOS only), you will now see:
- Suggested calories and nutrients under each meal name
- Logged totals once food has been added
To adjust targets:
- Tap the … icon next to a meal
- Tap Edit Meal Settings
- Under Meal Targets, tap Calories or Nutrients
- Edit nutrient totals
- Tap Save
