What are Highlights?

Highlights offer personalized, daily insights based on the food you track in Lose It!, helping you discover successful habits and identify trends in your logging. You'll learn more about how consistently you're hitting your nutrient goals, trends in your weight month-to-month, and more.

The more you log, the more helpful and detailed your Highlights will be!

How to Unlock Highlights

To generate Highlights, you'll need to consistently log your food for at least 7 days in Lose It!.

A Premium membership is also required.

Where to Find Your Highlights

You can locate your Highlights on the Dashboard tab in Lose It!.

Here's how to get there:

Lose It! App

  • Open the Lose It! app
  • Tap Dashboard
  • Scroll to the bottom of your Dashboard, below all Favorites
  • Review available Highlights
