This article will explain how to change your account email address in the app or on loseit.com.
Change Your Email Address
To change your email address:
Lose It! App
- Open Lose It!
- Tap Profile (top right corner)
- Scroll down to the Manage section and tap Lose It! Account
- Tap Email and Password
- Tap Username (iOS) or Email Address (Android)
- Input your new email address as well as your password
- Tap Save
Lose It! Website
- Go to my.loseit.com from a web browser
- Enter your email and password, or Sign in with Apple
- Navigate to the sidebar menu and click Go To Lose It!
- Click the Settings gear icon to the right of Messages
- Under My Settings, click Account Information
- Input your new email address
- Input your password in the Old Password field
- Click Save Changes
You cannot have multiple Lose It! accounts under the same email address.
