You can actively track, set goals for, or analyze the following eight core nutrients by creating a Custom Nutrient Goal, setting up a Nutrition Strategy, or adding a Nutrient Favorite to your Dashboard:

Additional Nutrients You Can View
Lose It! supports 18 additional micronutrients and vitamins:
- Fats: Monounsaturated fat, Polyunsaturated fat, Trans Fat
- Vitamins: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Folate (B9), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin)
- Minerals & Others: Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Caffeine
While you cannot set individual, dedicated tracking goals for these 18 additional nutrients, you can view their detailed breakdowns in the app using these methods:
- Open and view the Full Nutrition Label of any logged food entry.
- View your Meal Summary directly from the Log tab.
- Add and view the Macronutrients favorite card on your Dashboard.
How to View and Edit Missing Nutrition Information
We are constantly updating nutrient data for the 60+ million foods in our database. If you find a food entry that is missing some of the 18 additional nutrients, you can manually update it to help improve the database:
- Search for and select the food item.
- Scroll to the bottom of the food details and tap Edit Nutrition.
- Fill in the missing nutrient values from the food's physical packaging.
- Tap Save (or Submit).
Note: Once submitted, our AI validation tool will review the data before updating the global database for all Lose It! users.
