Current Google Health API Status
The Google Health platform officially launched in May 2026. At the moment, Lose It! does not have a direct integration with the Google Health API.
Our development team is actively working on this feature, and we are planning to launch a direct, full integration with the Google Health API in the near future.
How to Sync Your Data
For the time being, you can use the existing Fitbit integration option within Lose It! as a workaround to sync data between Google Health and Lose It! on both mobile platforms.
Lose It! App
- Open Lose It!
- Tap Profile (top right corner)
- Scroll down to Automatic Tracking
- Select Fitbit from the list of available devices
- Tap Connect
- When prompted, choose Sign in with Google and use the credentials tied to your migrated Google Health account
- Check off the data you want to share
While using this temporary workaround, Fitbit will pass your Calories Burned, Exercise, Weight, Steps, and Sleep to Lose It!, while Lose It! will send your logged Foods back to your profile.
