Requesting a Refund
⚠️ Important Notice: We are currently experiencing a technical issue with our automated refund form links being sent via email. Please follow the temporary ticket-submission steps below to process your refund:
Navigate here: Contact Us
Tap the Message Icon in the lower right-hand corner of the page.
When the chatbot asks what you are contacting us for, enter Refund.
Answer the following questions.
You will then be prompted to fill out a ticketing form. Share your details, and our team will be in touch with you ASAP.
NOTE: If you upgraded through the Apple App Store, you need to request your refund from Apple. Apple does not permit app developers to provide refunds for purchases made via their platform.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Click I'd like to, then tap Request a refund
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then tap Next
- Choose the Lose It! Premium subscription, then choose Submit
