How Any Calorie Bonus Works
Your starting daily food budget already accounts for standard day-to-day living. A Calorie Bonus is extra food allowance added to your log once your fitness device sees that you've moved more than your normal baseline.
Target Burn (Maintenance)
This is like your regular monthly expenses. These essential calories are already completely accounted for in your standard, daily budget plan.
Additional Exercise & Movement
Any intentional working out or additional step activity you complete throughout the day acts like earning supplementary revenue to help you pay your bills.
Earning Above the Expectation
You only unlock a spendable Calorie Bonus once your overall tracker income exceeds the maintenance threshold originally expected of you.
